An extremely well preserved Schutzpolizei bayonet, measuring 46 cm in total length when inserted into the bayonet. It features an elongated 33 cm long, nickel plated, magnetic steel blade with a sharpened tip and lower edge. A single fuller runs the majority of the length of each side. The reverse ricasso bears a makers mark of P. D. LNESCHLOSS, SOLINGEN. The blade sits securely within a nickel plated alloy hilt with a hooked
