Constructed of black wool with a buckram core, trimmed with red piping, and topped by four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, the reverse bearing an integral strap perforated with a reinforced buttonhole, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 104 mm (l), demonstrating minor soiling and fatigue to the wire, in uniform removed and near extremely fine condition.
