Domaine de l’Enchantoir, Saumur 'Terres Blanches', 2023 SALE we have Cesar from VigneronsThis Chenin Blanc shows a laser focused and precise style. Fruit is generous with nectarine, freshly squeezed lemon juice and juicy green pears with a touch of blossom. The wine is made from vines that exceed 40 years old. The wine is then made in steel to preserve this bright, pure style. This will do great things as an aperitif with some clams in white wine.
