Throws Like A Girl Mug wood and when not in useMade in Richmond! Jesse Gritzinger of Throws Like a Girl is a potter and educator based at 43rd Street Studios in Richmond, Virginia. Jesse began her ceramics journey in 2013 at Northern Virginia Community College. Then graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Craft & Material Studies focusing in ceramics in 2019. Jesse makes handmade pottery adorned with screen printed botanicals. Each plant is pressed, burned into a silkscreen,
