Mosaic Tile Company Hunting Dog Panel Animals 3 1/4" wide and 2This tile panel was made at the Mosaic Tile Company of Zanesville Ohio in the 1920s. Hand drawn in blue glaze on top of white it shows a hunting dog, probably an English Setter, in profile. Each tile measures 6" square and nearly 3 4" thick. Made from a red faience clay for frostproof applications the backs bear the company's early circular mark. The 12" x 6" panel is in very good condition and was never installed.
